The zero phase
of each project.

The activity which precedes the realization of a project requires careful study of each detail. This is a moment during which we collaborate closely with the client, and is essential in identifying the opportunities and the alternatives which improve the production processes.
 
The single elements of the analysis phase are as follows:
 
Scope of the project
We identify the real needs of our client by assessing the production area in which they operate and its specific characteristics.
 
Macro-requisites
We determine the characteristics that are required for the product or service on the basis of the necessary quality standards.
 
Strategy
Strategy defines the approach intended to develop the project and meet the specified requirements. It also outlines the project management process to be used, as well as the quality and production standards which much be incorporated into the project.
 
Preliminary estimate
We assess the resources that are necessary to complete the project in terms of times and costs.
 
Evaluation
We quantify the overall value of the project and assess its economic sustainability.
